Thoroughbred Brand and Project Management Professional with 6years’ experience in Communications , Digital plan and Business Development. In depth understanding of the telecoms (I was the brand and Project management Team lead on Airte Nigeria account) and the FMCG markets in West Africa.
Award winning Brand and Project Manager at various global and regional advertising festivals including the Loeries, African Cristal, Epica Awards, and the Lagos advertising and Ideas Festival. Immense ability to lead brainstorming sessions with creative teams, collaborate with senior marketing professionals on new projects and consulting for small and medium scale businesses.

I worked closely and managed Six department listed below while i was in Noah's Ark Communications (A Full Serviced Advertising Agency in Nigeria) from concept to completion for five years plus as their Assistant Brand and Operations Manager (Project Manager)
-Production Department (Underdog Productions)
-PR Department (Integrated Indigo Agency)
-Media Department (Media Mast)
-Dare Africa (Sister Agency)
I have dropped "Lines ' (Big Idea) that won the Agency couple of pitches and account e.g Airtel Nigeria, Nigerite PLC, GOtv, Three Crowns Milk,Indomie Noodles, Hypo Bleach, Peak Milk,Minimie Chinchin, McVities Digestive Biscuit, to mention a few.
While I was in Noah's Ark Communications LTD,i have been able to train myself in a particular standard:
-Attend industry functions, such as association event and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market
-Research and build relationships with new clients.
-I was the one responsible for setting up progress meetings every Monday where all jobs and campaigns (Online/Offline) done in the previous week are projected,with billings and receivables.
-I Managed the flow of work to ensure that ads are completed on time for publication or broadcast.
-Follow up/Follow Through with Social media and All Media plans.
-Plans company’s Retreats (Ghana/Cotonu/Nigeria) and Christmas party
-Allocate separate job numbers to each campaign and ask everyone working on the project to use the job number when they record their time or costs.
-Arrange regular production meetings to review progress and re-allocate resources to keep production on schedule.
-Monitor the progress of ad production through different departments and external suppliers, and adjust schedules to deal with any delays or problems.
-Coordinate the work of many different people inside and outside the agency.
-Did i mention i was the Archive mistress? I maintaining an electronic archive of all completed and cancelled projects for future reference.
-Monitoring stalled jobs and moving them forward.
-Raising requisition in the case of outsourced work.
-I set up brainstorming session for every new jobs and i ensure review of all project and also vet properly for errors and proper placement of logos
-I do desktop or field research on all the account at hand especially new pitches before commencing work on any project so as to have an indepth knowledge on what's required (This depends on the duration of the project)
-I work tirelessly with the Strategy/Marketing department on making sure that every aspect of the brand strategy is just right.
-I also draw on the consumer research and monitor market trends so as to have a grasp of the target market and also potential target markets,which is key. What are their reactions to the marketing campaigns?
-Am also the brain behind entering all our awards, both International and Local
-I trained 6 management trainee who have now become account managers.
-I was trained as a Creative Communications and Digital Content Creator before i was moved to manage all the project at hand.
